Prior to founding Liquidaty, Matt was a structured finance investment banker at JP Morgan for a decade, where he executed over $70 billion of securities origination, advised clients on bank M&A transactions and portfolio valuations, and served as a lead architect of the representations & warranties framework used for JPMorgan's first post-crisis RMBS transaction. In addition to his role as an investment banker, he led a team in building and populating systems analyzing several billion mortgage-related data points and served on a committee for resolving matters relating to several hundred billion dollars' of securities. Matt holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale College, an MBA from Columbia Business School and a JD from Columbia Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and is a CFA® charterholder.
Prior to founding Liquidaty, Lisa spent a decade on Wall Street in research and sales roles. She began her career at Brown Brothers Harriman as an equity analyst in the Investment Strategy Group, consistently awarded research votes from the Street's largest asset managers. She then transitioned into institutional equity sales for Thomas Weisel Partners and Brown Brothers Harriman, the latter of which she was the highest producing domestic salesperson. Subsequently, she joined Morgan Stanley's Private Wealth Management Group as a Portfolio Strategist, advising select individuals and institutions. Lisa holds an A.B. in Asian Studies from Harvard College; her senior honors thesis was on direct marketing in China.
